Project Leader – Logistics

 As Project Leader – Logistics, you will be the main contact point for the client and be responsible for managing the implementation of the Generix solution on the client’s site. Working as a team, you will be assisted by one or many logistics technicians, depending on the project, and be responsible for analyzing and documenting the client’s operational process, defining the technology needed to implement Generix’s systems, configuring and testing the functionalities of the Generix solution implementation, managing task distribution and follow-up, managing the budget and risks, and supporting clients along the way.

 Tasks and responsibilities

  •  Integrate the Generix Supply Chain HubTM WMS on our clients’ site
  • Analyze processes and manage implementation planning and activities
  • Manage implementation budget
  • Manage specification and quality standards
  • Manage process documentation
  • Evaluate schedule risks
  • Analyze and manage new client requirements
  • Configure technological solutions
  • Analyze logistics business processes for future projects


  • Technical DEC in Transportation logistics with five years experience in Operational Logistics
  • Bachelor’s in Logistics Operations/Industrial engineering or BBA with a specialization in Operations Logistics
  • Bilingual (francophone workplace, anglophone clients)
  • Ability and availability to travel in North America occasionally
  • Knowledge of logistics chain and high technologies
  • Knowledge of WMS, TMS, MES, OMS
  • Knowledge of ERPs (such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX, SAP, PeopleSoft)


  • Project management
  • Open mindedness, flexibility to changes in priority
  • Sense of responsibility, high level of autonomy and resourcefulness

Work conditions

  •  Offices located in Montreal, near Charlevoix metro
  • Pay grade according to the position and recognition of professional experience
  • Flexible schedule, 37.5 hours per week
