Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Collaborate with various departments to align platform tools with strategic needs.
• Actively participate in technical operations and resolve complex issues (75% hands-on).
• Plan and execute Microsoft 365-related projects, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize platform performance.
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize tool adoption.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in platform management, development, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
• Bilingual (English and French) to effectively collaborate with diverse teams in Canada and USA
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing small teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.
