Position: Microsoft 365 Specialist
We are looking for experienced and passionate Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our customers to design, implement and manage Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to their needs. Junior profiles are also welcome! If you’re motivated to learn and grow, we’re ready to support you. As a junior, you’ll have the opportunity to work on developing your skills and take on small projects to rapidly increase your abilities and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and define Microsoft solutions adapted to their work environments and requirements
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including identity, data, device, security and compliance management
- Ensure optimal management of Microsoft 365 migrations and integrations
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to resolve Microsoft 365 issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and service offering
- Monitor technological developments and market trends
- Actively participate in training and knowledge sharing with other team members.
Profile required
- Degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- Experience in managing Microsoft 365 solutions
- Microsoft certifications are an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, English is an asset
- Ability to work as part of a team and establish good relations with customers and partners
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems
- Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn continuously
- Write and maintain technical documentation relating to projects and solutions implemented.
