Java programmer

As a Java programmer, you will be asked to work in collaboration with the management team to design, program, test, document and implement new client functionnalities as part of the customization process based on the analysis of the client’s needs.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Design, program, test, document and implement new client functionnalities in our Generix Supply Chain HubTM WMS
  • Maintain high coding quality
  • Support complex problem solving needs in close relationship with other departments


  • DEC in computer sciences
  • Excellent knowledge of Java
  • Excellent knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL)
  • Experience with XML- XSLT
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with finite state machines ; Spring Web Flow or JBPM


  • Capacity to attend English and French work meetings
  • Open mindedness, flexibility to changes in priority
  • Sense of responsibility, high level of autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Sense of organization
  • Ability to work as a team

Work conditions

  • Offices located in Montreal, near Charlevoix metro
  • Pay grade according to the position and recognition of professional experience
  • Flexible schedule, 37.5 hours per week
  • Access to a collective VRSP after three months (voluntary basis)
