Alithya is experiencing strong growth and is currently recruiting new IT recruiters in all its teams (development, infrastructure, business/management and tendering) following the acquisition of several clients and large-scale projects.

  • Ensure a good understanding of the needs entrusted to you;
  • Take charge of the entire recruitment process (sourcing/searching for candidates, telephone screening, interviews, negotiation/offer, background checks, etc.);
  • Maintain the database (additions and updates of information on candidates);
  • Regularly publish job offers on the various channels made available (search tools and social networks);
  • Collaborate effectively with the various teams and in particular the account managers;
  • Make proposals to improve our recruitment processes, systems and tools;
  • Occasionally participate in recruitment activities (trade shows, conferences, networking, etc.).

Does this sound like you?

  • University or college degree in an appropriate discipline will be considered an asset;
  • Our positions are open to all levels of experience. A first experience in recruitment (especially IT) is considered a magical asset!;
  • Perfect command of French and functional English are required. Level expected:
