Your role

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Client Experience, IT Marketing in the Client Experience team. They are looking for an individual who is ready to take on challenges in a sector undergoing a major transformation.

As an IT Integrator, you will provide professional support to Bank employees while supporting and governing a set of applications. You will also understand business issues to propose and implement technological solutions.

More information about the role:

  • Ensure that the various applications and services of the Client Experience ecosystem run smoothly
  • Resolve incidents and provide support and advice to users
  • Understand the business rules governing the client experience, as well as the client’s preference and retention data in order to properly support and advise our business partners
  • Maximize the automation of recurring tasks to free up capacity for value-added deliverables
  • Implement security enhancement and obsolescence elimination action plans and oversee their execution
  • Take charge of tracking multiple files based on delivery priority, centred on business value, operational excellence and risks
  • Participate in the operational governance of third parties
  • Automate oversight of operational KPIs and data quality
  • Keep the applications inventory and the technology impact relationships up to date
  • Coordinate the operational activities as part of the integration of new solutions

Required competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and five years of relevant experience
  • Experience as an IT Integrator in a complex organization
  • Demonstrated experience in operational processes (incidents, changes, problems, SLAs, access management, etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Linux or Unix systems use
  • Intermediate knowledge of Oracle databases
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Experience with DevOps methodology, an asset
  • Knowledge of the Atlassian suite, an asset
  • Understanding of the delivery cycle/lifecycle of product and services
  • Able to positively influence and engage stakeholders, collaborators and suppliers
  • Independent, a self-starter with a superior capacity to learn and adapt to change
  • Analytical skills, able to synthesize information and work in a solution-focused team
  • Focused on quality and accuracy and shares our values of partnership, agility and empowerment
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
