Implementation, Specialist

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted July 11, 2018.

POKA IS LOOKING FOR AN IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST 

The person sought will provide consulting services for the implementation of the Poka application at its customer’s locations, primarily in a manufacturing environment. The specialist will participate in the complete implementation cycle of the solution: needs analysis, implementation, configuration and training. The specialist will also be able to assist the sales team in the presentation of the solutions and participate in business development.

As part of implementation projects, you will develop and implement effective change management strategies, tools and action plans to prepare organizations for Poka’s integration and ensure employee engagement. You will execute change management interventions including implementing a communication and learning plan, analyzing the impact of change on operational processes (current and future), implementing a plan for global deployment and provide the knowledge necessary to facilitate the subsequent autonomy of the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the course of his employment, the candidate will be required to:

Be responsible for quality implementation and set up of the Poka solution to meet client’s business requirements;
Carry out all implementation, configuration and documentation activities;
Analyze needs and problems to be solved, identify the issues, risks and impacts of organizational and human changes;
Support and advise the client in change management activities, accompanying and deployment strategies;
Provide training to users;
Occasionally participate in sales representative activities;
Other related duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an appropriate discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in change management and manufacturing is required
  • Other combinations of relevant training and experience could be considered
