Human Resources Analyst

Millésime is now looking for two (2) Human Resources Analyst (junior position in consultation) for its client, a rapidly growing boutique consulting firm that provides full service support in the areas of human resources, organizational development, and compensation.

The Human Resources Analyst works with consultants, directors and other analysts and acts as a support on a variety of projects related to organizational development, human resources and communications.  Key responsibilities:

  • Research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data;
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentation for clients;
  • Create rigorous internal documents for clients: policies, procedures, forms, job descriptions, etc.;
  • Conduct market studies on various human resources issues;
  • Develop communication materials;
  • Provide support to the consultants and clients during meetings as required;
  • Participate in the organization of customer events;
  • Collaborate and support other analysts on various projects;
  • Other related tasks.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, management or organizational development;
  • 1-2 years of pertinent experience (an asset);
  • Advanced analytical skills, experience in data analysis (strong asset);
  • Strong communication skills and diplomacy;
  • Fully bilingual (English essential);
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in teams;
  • Openness to travel.
