He or she or they will need to understand and analyze our applications and processes to be successful in the role.

The incumbent will be responsible for contributing to the implementation, maintenance, evolution and support of our human capital management and enterprise service management platform including outbound and inbound interfaces to other systems and for providing suggestions for improvement.CHALLENGES TO BE METResponsible for developing and implementing complex integrations related to the HCM and ESM platforms.Plan and execute test scripts, identify the impacts of interface changes, and document changes in design documents throughout testing and supporting Workday integrations.Assist in the analysis, design and testing of new or existing HCM and ESM integrations that require re-configuration or troubleshooting.Process ad hoc requests for reports that meet customer requirements.Monitor HCM and ESM integration and system performance by creating dashboards and custom reports.Perform case management and facilitate ticket processing, logistics, assignments, and support.Work with the IT and HR Workday teams to facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, end-user training resources and communications for Workday integrations.Assist the team with audits to ensure data integrity and system security.Support Workday-related scheduled tasks managed within the tidal scheduler platform.Assist in two yearly mandatory upgrades of the Workday platformWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelors degree in computer science, administration, or the equivalentMinimum three years of experience on the Workday modules including Recruiting, Talent Management & Payroll, integrations, and related development tools such as Workday XSLT and Studio Tools.Experience with Workday integration tools (connectors, generating reports, EIB, etc.)Experience with case management systems such as ServiceNow would be an asset.Ability to map out, understand, and implement complex analyses involving multiple platforms.Ability to participate in and coordinate work produced by different teams/stakeholders in the context of integrations between different platforms.Knowledge of services, including the following: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and XSLTProficiency in other programming languages and platforms (ex: java, python, ruby, Tidal scheduler etc.) would be an assetExcellent communication skills in English and FrenchWith us, you’ll be able to achieve the work/life balance you’re looking for, with competitive working conditions and above-market flexible benefits.This includes modern workspaces to work from when you are in our offices, and, for some specific positions, the ability to work remotely, on reserve, and/or within your community.Important Point to ConsiderVaccination Policy for COVID-19: The health, well-being and safety of our colleagues, clients and of the community are a top priority for us.
