Our client is a North American organization in the healthcare sector undergoing a major digital transformation. With operations across Canada and the United States, they are actively investing in innovative technologies to streamline their internal processes.
As part of a high-impact initiative, we are recruiting a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help design and build a brand-new web application in close collaboration with distributed teams. This is a key role within a lean, focused team—offering real opportunities to drive technological impact.
Responsibilities
Participate in the full development lifecycle of a new web application (frontend and backend).
Collaborate with remote teams across Canada and the U.S. in an Agile environment.
Integrate REST APIs and work with various database systems.
Support the transition from a legacy application to a modern web platform.
Apply best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.
Mentor and guide a mid-level developer involved in the project.
Profile
5–7+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
Strong skills in React, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Ability to read and understand legacy code in C#, .NET, and WinForms (no new development required in these technologies).
Excellent communication skills in English (daily collaboration with English-speaking colleagues).
Team-oriented, autonomous, and technically rigorous.
Experience or interest in building applications for tablets or mobile is a plus.
Contract Details
Full-time permanent position.
5% annual performance bonus.
