Front End Developer


This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted April 3, 2018.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop User Interfaces and Client-Side code using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript for Web applications and API;
  • Implement high-quality front-end applications based on the requirements provided by the Product Owner in an Agile environment;
  • Participate in design sessions, providing expert input and advice on page design, site flow, usability, and overall user experience;
  • Collaborate with the development team in the execution of projects;
  • Work with the UX Designer and the Product Owner to implement professional user interfaces;
  • Write integration and unit test for client-side code.

You have:

  • +3 years of industry experience as a Front-End developer with some user experience.
  • +3 years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with a number of JavaScript libraries and frameworks (JQuery, Backbone, AngularJS, Require, Knockout, etc.) and with responsive design, ideally Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of ASP.Net MVC and Visual Studio 2017.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition).
  • Bachelor degree in Computer science or DEC in computer science, multimedia, design.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French is an asset.
