Epicor ERP Developer Analyst

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted April 30, 2025.

We represent a well-established and growing Quebec-based manufacturing company undergoing a major technological modernization. As part of a context of acquisitions and system unification, the company is looking to hire an ERP Developer Analyst to support the customization, optimization, and evolution of its Epicor platform.

You will play a central role in the evolution of the company’s ERP system. Working closely with business units and the IT team, you will be responsible for analyzing needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring system stability. This role offers exposure to both technical development and functional analysis, contributing to continuous process improvement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Epicor (BPM, BAQ, dashboards, forms, etc.)

  • Maintain and enhance existing ERP system functionalities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs and propose effective solutions

  • Write and maintain technical documentation

  • Provide application-level technical support to users

  • Participate in ERP migration, integration, or upgrade projects

  • Ensure compliance with best practices in system performance and security

Profile

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Proficiency in C#, T-SQL, SSRS, and Epicor tools (BPM, BAQ, DMT, EpiViews)

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (an asset)

  • Assets: API REST, Azure DevOps, Power BI, MDM principles

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to explain and solve technical issues clearly

  • Fluent in French (mendatory); functional English is an asset
