Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of Applications Office 365, SCCM Lotus Notes, Printers, and 3rd Party Applications (Adobe, Chrome etc)
  • Respond to general queries for a wide variety of technologies (hardware and software) and general application questions
  • Assist in diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment
  • Administer network login id’s, passwords, and user/rights management.
  • Carry out regularly scheduled activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and produce service/support reports and documents as required.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical and process documentation.
  • Investigate and recommend changes or upgrades to hardware/software/applications as required.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge and understanding of company operations/ procedures, and insurance industry trends/developments, to contribute to quality customer service and support.
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post secondary school education in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Systems Support or related position as asset.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and exposure to other Northbridge operating systems (AIX, IBMi, Linux, MacOS, z/OS) is as asset
  • Knowledge of Applications Office 365, SCCM Lotus Notes, Printers, and 3rd Party Applications (Adobe, Chrome etc)
  • Fluently bilingual (English / French) is a definite asset (a requirement in Quebec Region)
The successful applicant will be required to attest their vaccination status. They may also need to provide proof of vaccination, which may be shared, as required and necessary, in the future
