Description du posteDescription du postePurposeThis role is responsible for the execution of Quote to Order to Billing processesof orders of a pool of IP services and Integrated Network services.

Themain objective is to ensure any customer order assigned to the DeploymentSpecialist is delivered on time and right first time with the high level of dataquality and process adherence.Key ResponsibilitiesAll of these key responsibilities are carried out by a Deployment Specialist oralternatively are carried out on behalf and under the guidance of a ProjectManager: Be the primary point of contact towards the customer or any of itsrepresentatives in regard to the Service deployment activities of valid orders.

Represent Deployment towards order requesters and convey knowledgeof process, rules and best practices.

Remain the Single point of contact towards the requester for any order forwhich the Deployment Specialist has taken ownership.

When applicable, assist requesters in performing the quotation process.

Validate the quality of the input data for the customer request including quality,presence of design, availability of service, and availability of capacity.

Flag anydeficiencies and ensure only compliant requests are processed into orders.

Get ordering package from requesters and perform Order Entry into toolsand perform commercial order validation process.

Manage rejections andresolve ordering issues with requesters and partnersQualificationsExperienceREQUIRED:1-3 years in Telecommunications or IT solutions provider environment withknowledge of Airline-like products and underlying technologiesFluent in Portuguese (Spanish/French is a plus)Very good communication skills over the phone.Very good spoken and written EnglishASSET:Ideally 3 years or more in a Service Delivery back office1 year experience in Associate PM or Project Coordination.Knowledge of the following : HSRP, VRRP, routing table, verifiy BGP status, DHCP, topology diagramEducation & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or technical equivalentKnowledge & SkillsKnowledge of IT and ATI industries Able to operate within virtual teams –Experience of customer relationship, ability to handle issues or escalationsCompetent in MS Office, messaging, on-line purchasing, web-conferencingsystems Good analytical and reporting skillsExperience in managing orders, suppliers, and scheduling eventsKnowledge of chairmanship to professionally drive service activation/migrationconference calls in an international IT environment.Experience in IT and TelecommunicationsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
