Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Management Group Lead Structures, in your role of Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) for structure, you will:
Manage end-to-end schedules of each of the project in your portfolio of changes driven by structure Manage end-to-end schedules of each of the project in your portfolio of changes driven by structure modifications: define the road to change board in conjunction with the IWT Lead, define the end-to end schedule with all involved stakeholders, follow-up and drive execution of the plan,
 Identify and report Issues and Risks with support to the mitigation plans related to each project of your portfolios,
 Ensure reporting to program through various governances,
 Support engineering workpackages that are assigned to you by defining priorities, following up internal and external activities to ensure adherence to key milestones of the program,
 Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes
 Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables’ timeline

Your daily tasks will include proactive leadership in problem resolution, actions and deliverables, coordinating and communicating tasks between the work packages, the Suppliers and other functions within an aircraft program. Daily interaction with the IWT Lead, Work Package Specialists/Integrators and the Suppliers.
