Job Title: PMO Business support – IT separation MES stream
Location: Montreal/ Mirabel, QC (Canada)

What you will do:

Within the Project Management Office (PMO) of the program, you will be deployed in the

program project department to assist the Business Lead of the IT separation project for the MES

Stream

• Mapping of the current and future business processes for applications impacted by the IT
• transition
• Evaluate the organizational impacts of these changes on the Unit Cost
• Action tracking and information capture
• Participation in the control room and identification of critical actions
• Elaboration of the roadmap
• Follow the project associate with the roadmap
• Update meeting schedule (e.g., reviews, alignment meetings, etc.).
• Capture meeting minutes
• Schedule agenda alignment meetings
• Coordinate with relevant functions and escalate issues
• Accompany the deployment of the Team board and drive the daily pace of the activity. Progress reporting
• between project teams
• Develop metrics
• Improvements to metrics with functions

Our Ideal Search:

• You have a B.Eng Aerospace Engineering – Manufacturing/Engineering Management or
• equivalent is desirable but not essential
• You have strong project management skills, including an agile approach
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills: listening, negotiating, conflict
• management, communication, and intercultural skills in an international context
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional project environment
• You are willing to follow a training in project management methodology
• You perform well when working under pressure and independently.
• You have demonstrated your influence with managers
• Knowledge of the aircraft structure and respective development processes would be a plus
• You are innovative, committed and persistent.
• You are a good communicator, both written and oral, in English and French.
• You have the ability to propose and implement new follow-up opportunities for
• cost/quality/schedule improvement
• You can express yourself orally and in writing in English
