Team Leader, HR Contact Center

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a Team Leader, HR Contact Center, to join our payroll and human resources team in Brossard. This person must be dynamic, focused and have excellent customer service skills. We offer a flexible environment and opportunities for growth.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the first point of contact and support for businesses under management regarding matters related to payroll, benefits and the Employer D payroll processing system;
  • Answer calls or voicemails from companies under management through the central HR shared services IVR toll-free number;
  • Be a central point of contact and front-line support for businesses under management;
  • Complete registrations and follow up on terminations of employment regarding social benefits;
  • Ensure that the team has the tools and resources necessary to accomplish its tasks;
  • Enter data into the benefit provider group database;
  • Maintain employee information in the database and ensure it is up to date;
  • Manage all files and calls to meet our customer service standards;
  • Manage cases (tickets) via Zendesk;
  • Other tasks will be entrusted to him.
  • Process new hires, terminations and position changes in Employer D;
  • The Team Lead is responsible for managing the performance of the HR Shared Services Support team;
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional or college diploma in accounting or human resources, any combination of studies and experience deemed relevant will be considered;
  • Relevant experience related to the role;
  • Bilingual French and English (speaking, reading, writing);
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office, particularly Excel.
