We are looking for a Team Leader, Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Employer Brand, to help us coordinate all of our recruitment marketing efforts and attract the best talent. In this role, you will play a major role in supporting the growth of the organization and in defining and launching the BRP employer brand.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

  • Manage a team that handles all recruitment marketing projects and ensure that all initiatives support the overall talent acquisition strategy.
  • Build BRP's employer brand in collaboration with external and internal partners, from research to implementation.
  • Develop and apply strategies and tactics to improve the candidate experience and continuously monitor and improve them.
  • Develop the entire action plan and strategies for BRP's digital recruitment ecosystem (career site, job boards, CRM, etc.).
  • Support the Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Employer Brand, in managing the budget and strategic planning for all recruitment marketing and employer brand activities.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

  • A degree in management or any other related field.
  • At least 6 to 8 years experience in brand marketing, strategy marketing or advisory service, including experience in team management.
  • A solid understanding of consumer research processes, positioning strategy, content strategy, etc.
  • Experience in managing agency partners and excellent writing skills for project briefs to ensure an efficient process and an effective and measurable end product.
  • Great agility and solid project management and strategic prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment, efficiency and an enterprising attitude.
  • Resilience, the ability to adapt and mobilize teams during periods of change and business growth.
  • Fluency in French and English.
