This role is specific to PFC, Operations West and is based in Lethbridge, AB.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support PepsiCo”s visionKey business partner to operations leadersDesign and execute talent strategies for the operations (including campus recruiting)Partner with local teams to ensure ongoing outreach activities, including building key relationships internally and externallyPartner with leaders to build capability and manage performanceExecute key platforms of the employee relations agenda, including acting as an employee advocate and supporting dispute resolution processesCoach and guide leaders and frontline employees regarding company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation, to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently across the operationsPartner with department leaders on performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plansPartner with the business to develop and execute site level strategies to improve Organizational Health and cultureLead and participate in Diversity, Inclusion & Equity initiativesUnderstand the business and operate from both a strategic and tactical perspectiveEnsure actions comply with all provincial and federal employment legislation and regulationWhat will make you successful?Understanding and experience with most or all the core aspects of Human Resource Management (employee relations, staffing, performance management, leadership development, coaching and capability building)Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable itemsConfident communication skills with the ability to effectively present to various levels of the organizationDemonstrable ability to influence decision-making with leaders and business partnersCourage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poiseComfortable working in ambiguous business situations and competing prioritiesSolid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analyticsConsultative style and approach with the ability to develop credible relationships with business partnersQualifications/RequirementsBachelor”s Degree with focus in Industrial/Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another related field preferredPrior Human Resources generalist experience and HR Leadership experience 3-5 yearsIdeal candidate has experience supporting front-line employees, in a fast-paced 24/7 operation with field-based client groups, within a manufacturing and/or distribution centre environmentAbility to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervisionLI-CDNFoodsPepsiCorporateRelocation Eligible: Not ApplicableJob Type: Regular
