SENIOR BUSINESS PARTNER, HUMAN RESOURCES

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted February 2, 2018.

Under the responsibility of the Vice-President, Human Resources and Administration, you exercise an influential role with managers by providing human resources counselling and expertise. You play a key role in the development and management of the HRIS of the company (Dayforce), as well as with projects aimed at improving the HR offer in the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise managers on human resources issues and change management;
  • Manage disability and CNESST, WCB, WSIB and other absenteeism issues;
  • Lead process improvement and implementation of human resources policies and procedures for the Canadian region;
  • Manage the Group Benefits program;
  • Manage the human resources management system and liaise with the payroll department;
  • Manage compliance with the Competence Act and internal audit processes;
  • Actively contributes to the talent management and development effort.

Requirements:

  • University degree in human resources, member of the ORHRI
  • 6-10 years of generalist experience in a multi-site company; experience in the transportation sector an asset
  • Organizational Development experience
  • Bilingualism (French – English)
  • Experience with HRIS (preferably Dayforce)
  • Initiative
  • High level of confidentiality
