Bedard Resources is currently looking for a recruitment clerk to join our office in Montreal (Côtes-des Neiges).


Reporting to the branch’s coordinator, the recruitment clerk mainly has to carry out different administrative tasks related to the office work and also provide support for recruitment activities.


Administrative tasks:   

Greet candidates and clients, and direct them to the person in human resources;

Professionally receive and handle calls;

Register candidates and provide assistance at all times;

Have them write the tests, correct them for them and write the results in their files;

Write letters, complete different reports, etc.;

Post ads for the branch;

Handle the follow-ups for the ads and ad renewals;

Any other administrative tasks similar to the position.


Tasks related to recruitment:

Sort through received CV and contact potential candidates;

Search for CV on specialized websites or in our system;

Schedule appointments for interviews;

Do pre-employment verifications;

Ensure that the candidates’ files are constantly up to date.
