They are looking for a Recruitment assistant for a 6-month contract, with a possibility of permanence, for their office in downtown Montreal.

Tasks: Support the senior talent acquisition consultant, Actively participate in all steps of the recruitment and hiring process, Write and post jobs, Solicit interesting candidates for positions to fill, Contact solicited candidates or profiles received, Organize interviews (enter all relevant information in the computer system to proceed to the preselection), Collect the necessary documents from candidates (references, medical and psychometric tests, judicial record checks, etc.), Support new employees (remotely) and prepare/inform them for the onboarding, Follow up with potential candidates, Attend interviews for internships (with the supervisor), Participate in special company projects, Carry out any other similar tasks with the HR team.

Requirements: DCS in Administration or Office Automation degree, or R.A.C.

in recruitment and talent acquisition specialization, At least one year of recruitment experience, Knowledge of the mining, construction, engineering, geology or power station field (an asset), Good IT knowledge (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams), Being able to adapt your schedule according to needs, when necessary (weekends on occasion), Good level of bilingualism (French and English), The ideal candidate will: Be passionate about recruitment, Be professional and respect confidentiality, Want to learn and have diplomacy, Be dynamic, autonomous and persistent, Have communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written), Be attentive and have attention to detail.
