This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted January 2, 2019.

Techaid is a specialized placement agency with over 57 years of experience meeting client staffing needs by providing qualified permanent and temporary technical personnel.

We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant, client service oriented, versatile and ambitious. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who would like to build a dynamic and impactful career with a well established company.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process.

Business Development (65%)

• Daily telephone prospecting with new and existing clients to understand staffing needs and obtain job orders;
• Identify, develop et retain your client base;
• Develop and maintain your network of contacts (clients and candidates).

Recruiting (35%)

• Find and select the best candidates through your in depth understanding of your clients’ needs;
• Post job offers, conduct interviews over the phone and in person, perform reference checks, etc.;
• Follow-up with clients and candidates.

Location: Near Snowdon Metro.

Start: January 2019.

We provide our own bank of more than 36,000 candidates, a database of more than 3000 customers, training and support.

Base salary plus very competitive, no limit, bonuses ($40K+ expected in 1st year), fringe benefits, 3 weeks vacation (2 weeks + holiday shutdown), paid sick days and more.

  • DEC, Certificate or Bachelor, (HR, industrial relations, etc. or technical training is an asset);
  • 2 years of experience in sales;
  • Able to make cold calls; excellent phone presentation skills (French and English);
  • Work experience in a technical environment (engineering, manufacturing, etc.) or technical recruitment is an asset;
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, initiative and autonomy;
  • Dynamic, you are known for your drive and tenacity.
