We are currently looking for a Manager – Payroll and Benefits to join our Laval team.
Your Role
Nordia is seeking a seasoned and strategic Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead our payroll and benefits operations in Canada. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in the transformation of the payroll department as we embark on the implementation of a new Human Capital Management software (HCMS). This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assimilating and overseeing the current administration of payroll and benefits programs, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the organization’s payroll and benefits structure.
