Tasks:

• You complete the full recruitment cycle for all temporary and permanent positions in the administrative sector, from posting the position to presenting your favourite candidates to your clients;
• You update the IT platform using all relevant information to the selection of candidates (CV and criminal record checks);
• You are taking care of your candidates – regular follow-ups, timesheet processing, record of employment, vacation;
• Maintain daily business relationships with clients and candidates to build already strong relationships;
• Your enthusiasm and you are on you’re A-game for trade events and job fairs;
• Your curiosity drives you to stay informed about trends in recruitment practices;
• Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• You have about 3 years of experience in personnel and customer service management in a very high-volume environment;
• Recruitment and integration of new employees are not unknown to you because you have done this before;
• You have a vehicle at your disposal to visit customers in the greater metropolitan area;
• Your computer skills include being comfortable with the MS Office programs;
• Bilingualism (French and English) is easy for you.
