Human Resources Advisor


This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted January 7, 2018.

iPerceptions offers you a position as Human Resources Advisor, replacement for 12 months, at our Montreal headquarter.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Providing advices to managers about the development, the evolution and the implementation of different HR programs and practices;
  • Supporting managers to solve diverse situations (absenteeism, disability, performance review, work environment, internal move, layoff, etc)
  • Hiring best talents for different department, and doing the new employee onboarding;
  • Making sure of HR legislation, norms, policies and practices application. Insuring administrative follow up and updates if necessary;
  • Managing employee files;
  • Developing employer brand and participating in promoting the company within the industry;
  • Being responsible for different HR projects such as structural francization process;
  • Being in charge of all internal communications to employee;
  • Dealing with group insurance and EAP contract renewal;
  • Managing the social club committee, the budget and planning activities;
  • Organizing and coordinating all corporate activities;
  • Validating and approving payroll occasionally.

You have: 

  • +5 years of experience as a generalist and in recruitment;
  • Any experience in the IT field is an asset; 
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant field; 
  • Ability to create strong interpersonal relations and to work with all hierarchy levels;
  • Ability to communicate well, present and train the employees;   
  • Bilingualism is a must;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of Nethris is an asset.
