The incumbent liaises the business and the HR functions to tailor the design and implementation of HR programs and services to best serve the operational needs of the business unit or function.

He or she coaches people leaders on how to get the most value out of their teams.

He or she works in close collaboration with HR stakeholders (based on needs), to improve organizational design and structure, provides change leadership, talent management and coaching to leaders and employees.To be successful in this roleYou have a keen interest regarding information technologyYou have supported business groups in transformation that operate under the agile modelYou have a good business acumen and appreciate working with your client group on business prioritiesIn addition to the day-to-day you like to participate in projects within the organizationCHALLENGES TO BE METSupport business leaders on all People and Talent topics impacting the business groups, leveraging his/her/their understanding of the market/big-picture to set the HR prioritization & rhythm, managing/aligning multiple initiatives, including the delivery of talent cycle activities,Create and build confidence with business leaders, employees and key stakeholders as a trusted advisor i.E.

someone who is informed, thoughtful, creative and capable of leveraging HR Centers of Expertise and other stakeholders as required to provide value-added advice and recommendationsUnderstand external trends/market, in-depth knowledge of the business and its culture and use data, metrics and people analytics, to provide business leaders with key insights and influence organizational, talent and diversity strategiesAct as a change agent, positive thinker and critical thought partner to the business to anticipate, shape and influence organizational evolution, outlining how to structure and evolve teamsSupport business leaders through coachingBe a champion of a culture of respect and of fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce at all levels of the organizationAs a key partner to the extended HR team, provide key inputs into the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs and influence to align the business and HR teams” agendasWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORUniversity degree in a relevant field; Masters” Degree considered an assetCandidate should have at least 8 years of experience in a related field with deep knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational development, change management, employee relations, inclusion & diversity, performance management, training and recruitmentStrong business acumen: understanding of external trends/marketStrong organizational, interpersonal, influence and communication skillsExcellent communicator in both French and EnglishResults driven with a proven ability to execute quickly, effectively, deliver consistently and able to prioritize and manageExperience working with leaders at every levelStrong analytical skills, including the ability to generate and analyze reportsCHRP designation is an assetWith us, you”ll be able to achieve the work/life balance you”re looking for, with competitive working conditions and above-market flexible benefits.
