What is an HR Coordinator?

As an HR coordinator, you will be involved in the various stages of our recruiting process, you will be taking care of our social media presence, organizing our social events and handling our internal communications. You will also be supporting our managers with HR related tasks and be a key promoter of S3’s culture. You like working with people, you are a good bilingual communicator, and are looking for a job that allows you to put forward your organizational skills? The HR Coordinator role at S3 Technologies is right for you! 

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for…

  • Reaching out to potential candidates through social media and advertising
  • Looking for opportunities to promote the S3 work environment
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with technical schools
  • Coordinating new job openings with hiring managers
  • Maintaining relationships with recruiting firms
  • Managing S3’s internal social media platform and internal communications
  • Planning social events throughout the year, including 2 company week-end getaways each year
  • Supporting our managers with new employee integration, evaluations, labour laws & HR policies
  • Being the internal point of contact and reference for employees regarding group benefits

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR position;
  • Bilingual in both official languages;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and creative
