They are looking to fill this new position for a multifunctional person who will touch all aspects of human resources.

The tasks consist of:

  • Coaching and supporting the entire HR component, then analyzing and proposing solutions to all HR situations while supporting the company’s business strategy.
  • Implementing an annual training program (1% law) based on the targeted needs.
  • Overseeing the recruitment, integration and evaluation of new employees in collaboration with Department Heads.
  • Contributing to all aspects of health and safety with managers and employees.
  • Participating in the updating and drafting of company policies and procedures in addition to processes related to the Pay Equity Act and its update.
  • Managing the budget for all department activities.
  • Being a proud ambassador for the company by promoting the company’s values and culture to employees.
  • Collaborating on common goals and practices with HR teams at other facilities.
  • Administering the corporate compensation and benefits program: group insurance and pension.
  • Taking part in other tasks for the proper functioning of the human resources department.

  • You have a college diploma in Human Resources Management in your back pocket, or equivalent (a Bachelor’s degree and being part of the CRHA order is an asset).
  • You have three to five years of work experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
  • In terms of languages, you are fluent in French and English both verbally and in writing.
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word) and ADAP payroll software are well known.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
