Our mission at DLC Greenteam is simple, to be the best.Job DescriptionDLC Greenteam, the West Island’s leader in landscape maintenance, landscape construction, and snow removal, is looking to hire a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our Administration team.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling the daily HR needs of the company, including full cycle recruitment, personnel data management, workforce planning, and payroll.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the HR Coordinator will be the first point of contact for employees with HR related questions, applicants, and prospective candidates.We offer the right candidate the potential for a fulfilling career sourcing and supporting the top landscaping professionals in the West Island and surrounding areas, while earning a competitive salary for the industry.ResponsibilitiesPost jobs, filter candidates, interview candidates, and arrange interviews with hiring managers when necessary.Extend job offers to successful candidates.Host orientation sessions and ensure new hires complete all aspects of onboarding.Administer weekly payroll and group benefits program.Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests (i.E.

about pay, benefits, etc.)Create and maintain records of personnel-related data.Create weekly and daily employee schedules.Assist supervisors in performance management procedures and scheduling employee evaluations.Create and administer corrective action forms, write ups, and terminations (if necessary).Organize employee events and recognition activities.

Qualifications3+ total years of human resources experience.A Bachelor of Business Administration or other degree in a related field, or an HR certificate.Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage priorities and meet workflow deadlines.Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite.
