Job Summary: The On Premise Account Recruiting Manager (OPARM) is responsible for learning and executing the recruiting functions and service of assigned key active accounts.

The OPARM works directly with available recruiting resources and customer support to ensure that the clients’ hiring needs and the contract employees’ payroll expectations are met.Essential Functions:Ensure a high level of service to current key account customers and contractorsIdentify qualified candidates for openings at key large accounts using all available recruiting tools may need to work in collaboration with local offices and other VOP accountsMaximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and proactively marketing ideal candidatesAllocate and collaborate with available recruiting resources focusing on recruiting, managing candidates, performance feedbackPerform and / or oversee administrative demands, per client/customer specificationsPerform sales related activities including, but not limited to leading meetings at client sites and client manager, and contractor lunchesAchieve growth through selling saturation of assigned active large and local accountLeverage client value-add functions in maintaining accounts and saturating new businessEscalate saturation opportunities such as exclusive or national agreements to appropriate local and national Sales resourcesRecruit on job requirements and hire candidates to work onsite at the client Let’s talk money and perks!Aerotek offers a base salary of $52,500 with potential to earn more through bonuses after a 13 week paid training period.
