Advisor, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Partnerships

At BRP, we market world-class recreational products like Ski-Doo, Can-Am and Sea-Doo and we're on the hunt for world-class talent to pursue our journey of moving people in emotions rather than distance. We are looking for an Advisor, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Partnership to help us develop BRP's strategy for future hiring practices and talent pools. She/he will be reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Partnerships

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Conduct market research on critical talent pools for the organization (characteristics, ecosystem, expectations, etc.)
• Collaborate on the strategy definition to build and engage each critical talent pool
• Contribute to business cases on strategic initiatives (new partnerships, new hiring models, new office location, upskilling/reskilling plan, etc.) to feed the talent pools and/or increase market attractiveness of BRP for potential candidates
• Conduct market watch on recruitment trends and sourcing opportunities
• Monitor the progress of the Talent Acquisition strategy; follow-up with colleagues and project owners to track status, risks and potential synergies with other projects 
• Source and research potential partnerships that will benefit both BRP and partners in terms of talent attraction and development

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration specialization in marketing or strategy
• Have analytical skills with an ability to synthesize information  
• Love to conduct research and transform data into actionable insights 
• Have a forward-looking mindset and like to think differently 
• Have a keen interest in business development and innovative solutions 
• Feel comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, word, excel)
• Are proactive and efficient 
• Are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
