We are currently seeking 1HR Information System Management Advisor.

Your role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work closely with colleagues as the resource person for the administration and updating of various HR system modules. Our dynamic team is made up of system administrators who work with IT, HR and Finance teams on various projects.

You’ll advise various HR sectors on their practices in order to capitalize on technological innovations. You’ll influence and guide their decisions in keeping with best market practices and ensure the integration and consistency of the IT ecosystem.

You will optimize systems in place (configurations) and ensure their integrity in order to provide users with a simple and efficient experience.

Finally, you will participate in committees and special projects where your systems expertise will be required.

In this role, you will:

  • Support your HR sector (Employee Experience) partners in formulating, documenting, and prioritizing their business needs
  • Act as an administrator on one or more of our ecosystem-related systems and modules (recruitment solution, talent management modules, SuccessFactors compensation, or navigational aid solutions)
  • Be responsible for resolving complex irregularities
  • Analyze new offerings for the various systems and make recommendations taking into account their impacts on the Bank
  • Develop testing strategies for new activated functions and contribute to the monitoring activities
  • Train and support partners on systems operations and actively participate in updating information or training content

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or completed master’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with recognized human resources systems (HRIS and ATS) – specific knowledge of SuccessFactors or a recruitment solution isa significant asset
  • Knowledge of recruitment, talent management (performance, succession, skills development, etc.) or compensation
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Motivated by innovation and committed to improving the user experience
  • Good listener, strong interpersonal skills, and a flair for verbal and written communication
  • Ability to make quality decisions, influence and convince others, and initiate change
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)

NB: The team works at 600 De La Gauchetière in Montreal but is currently working remotely and a hybrid work model is planned for the future.
