Guest Experience Coordinator

Our client, a global leader in hosting that allows you to rent housing from individuals in cities around the world is currently looking for 2 BILINGUAL Guest Experience Coordinator for their luxury vacation rental division.

You will be responsible for the following task:

  • Coordinate delivery of personalized gifts to guests with local property managers;
  • Review and organize the janitorial service providers, ensuring that they are always active and extracting basic information from their party;
  • Prepare accessories for guests;
  • Assist with restaurant reservations and other guest requests when needed;
  • Ensure data integrity by researching, verifying accuracy, and providing all relevant vendor, guest, and vendor information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
  • Support the sales administration team at the front desk when needed;
  • Conduct research for individual requests: client will ask for the impossible, the company does everything it can to get there!
  • Audit the checklist before the arrival of the customer experience team to ensure that nothing has been missed;
  • Call concierge service providers to confirm availability by region.

We need you for a 6-month term contract (March to September 30) with the possibility of extension.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry and / or customer service;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (MANDATORY) and French (Spanish is an asset);
  • Organizational and time management skills;
  • The ability to thrive in an environment where activities are very dynamic and face tight deadlines;
  • A passion for travel and appreciation of the delicacy of services and luxury goods;
