– Face-to-face, video or/and Telephone You are in control of your schedule Your responsibilities will be: Offer short-term counseling to a variety of clients with different personal difficulties, work-related or not; Perform a client needs assessment and, together with them, set goals and establish a strategy to achieve them according to the terms of their EAP; Adhere to our culture of continuous skills improvement and offer quality clinical services; Ensure administrative follow-up of files using the clinical models provided.

Work remotely, either by telecounselling, videocounselling or face-to-face if you have a clinical office available What we offer to all our self-employed workers: Positive work environment that supports diversity and inclusion; Join a growing and continuously expanding network; Obtain referrals on a regular basis; Have a diverse clientele and a variety of counseling modalities; Increase the visibility of your professional profile; Flexibility for handling files according to your availability; Possibility of providing specialized services for the Work Support Program and/or during group post-traumatic interventions; Bi-monthly billing and payments.

Required profile : Masters/PhD in the field of mental health and human relations; Member of the “Ordre professionnel des psychologues du Québec / posséder un permis de psychothérapeute'”; Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; Ability to set realistic goals and use a solution-oriented approach; Ability to manage crisis or high risk situations such as suicidal or homicidal risk, domestic violence, child protection, public protection; Ability to work with a diverse clientele and good knowledge of all community resources; Exceptional sense of customer service, professionalism and respect for ethical principles; Able to communicate in French; Bilingualism (English and French)
