We’re looking for an independent, self-motivated, and ambitious Patient Experience Representative with a sincere passion for healthcare to help us grow and support the next evolution of the PocketHealth platform.PocketHealth is building the new data exchange infrastructure for critical medical imaging information.

Our systems are used every day by hospitals and imaging clinics to share imaging records securely with their patients, enable rapid transfer of imaging in urgent care scenarios and seamlessly ingest foreign imaging into their local systems.

Previous Patient Experiences Reps have moved onto high-impact roles in Customer Success, Product Development, UI/UX and Engineering within the company.Your job duties will vary at times, but will typically include:Patient Support: Provide timely technical support, guidance around appropriate use and general platform education to patients via email and over the phone.

You will be a key contact for patients looking to access their health records and navigate the PocketHealth platform.Product Vision: Use the feedback you’ve gathered from patients and providers to help our Management and Engineering teams shape the future of the PocketHealth platform.RequirementsWe are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated passion for helping others and who is excited by the potential for technology to create change in our healthcare system.

That said, we are looking for a few key qualities and qualifications:1-2 years in a customer service role with communication over phone and email (mandatory)Bilingual in French or Spanish (verbal and written) preferredExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Outstanding organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasksExperience with, or passion for, healthcare would be an asset, but is not requiredTechnical Support experience considered an assetOur ideal candidate would beResourceful, flexible, hold yourself accountable and persevere in the face of obstaclesHardworking and eagerly embrace the challenge of solving problems, both with software and soft skillsEmpathetic and enjoy teaching people at all levels of technical proficiencyA standout teammate – someone who believes in working with their team to achieve shared goalsBring Your Whole Self to WorkPocketHealth is truly an equal opportunity employer.
