Position: Senior Demand Planner Location: Montreal East Salary: $75K to $85K per year Perks: 3 weeks of vacation, 10% bonus, insurance plan as of the start date, pension plan Our client a very reputable international company is currently looking to add to their team a Senior Demand Planner with previous experience in a distribution environment.

In this role, you will identify and develop supply chain service improvement strategies allowing for cost reduction while supporting activities related to the integration of the information flow of the group.

This is a work from home opportunity until COVID has been lifted.

Their office is located in Montreal East.

Job description:
– Develop process optimization solutions and make recommendations
– Participate in the redefinition of the demand planning process and its improvement for the distribution centers as well as for the warehouses
– Participate in various optimization projects related to the supply chain
– Perform various analysis, interpret the results and suggest recommendations to your immediate supervisor allowing the optimization of the service
– Produce and analyze performance indicators (KPI) for the supply group
– Participate in various special projects as required by the supply chain department in collaboration with the business solutions sector and other corporate departments
– Interact with internal partners in order to understand and define the factors to produce complete and relevant analysis Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering or any other relevant training or experience
– 5 to 8 years of experience in a supply chain department within a large company
– Bilingualism (advanced French and strong intermediate English)
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel; AS400, Access an asset) and integrated management systems What’s in it for you:
