Job Summary
The Autoramp Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for the Autoramp Compound in Montreal. The role is critical to ensure a safe and cost effective operation while protecting commitments to customers, along with internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent is accountable for front-line supervision of the unionized workforce and ensures the labour efforts are safe, efficient, productive, and engaged in the operation’s success. The role provides feedback and coaching as well as clear directions for the team in order to reach organizational goals.

The role is performed in a combination of office (20%) and outdoor environment (80%) in various types of weather and environmental conditions. The incumbent must be available to work shifts and weekends when necessary. The role requires being available on-call 24/7 to respond to critical incidences. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and manage stress. The role requires occasional travel (5%), including overnight stays away from home.
