We are in the process of building the new generation of our product suite with a much more scalable architecture, state of the art web technologies and AI/Machine learning functionalities.Responsibilities Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineering; Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering; Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps; Develop wireframes, UI mockups, storyboards and user flows that clearly illustrate how products function and look like; Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders; Identify and find ways to solve UX problems (e.G.

usability, findability, responsiveness); Conduct UX/UI adjustments based on user feedback; Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards; Conduct usability testing with customers and internal stakeholders Alongside the product manage, lead customer interviews such as product discovery interviews and create interview canvases to structure your research and share results with the team Requirements BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; 5+ years of proven experience designing product experiences; Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking; Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients A good grasp of user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns; Ability to collaborate seamlessly across functional teams; Adapt quickly to change while embracing an iterative approach within an Agile product development workflow; Excellent process-driven organization and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to all actors of the product team and openly listen to feedback; Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.

Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies Solid design chops with a keen sense of typography, and interaction design, composition, and flow Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a must.

Proficient understanding of adaptive and responsive designs and tools such as Bootstrap.

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications; A strong portfolio of work that has been shipped to users; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing; Self-directed to work independently & responsive to the entire team when working remotely; The following will also be considered Experience with VS Code or Visual Studio; Basic knowledge ASP .NET and page life cycle Experience with standard UX software such as Axure, InVision or UXPin.
