The Satellite Trust Services Associate position will meet the challenes you are looking for!

In this role, you’ll contribute to the sector’s mission, which is mainly to offer personal trust services to affluent clients. Reporting to the Vice-President, Trust Services, the Satellite Trust Services Associate acts as a trusted professional to clients and provides quality service and support that is tailored to clients’ needs.

What will your day-to-day tasks be?

  • Assist Trust Services Managers in all administrative tasks related to the management of trust or protection mandates.
  • Collect the documents needed to open client files and keep them up-to-date in accordance with the time frames prescribed by law.
  • Be responsible for clients with Personalized Administration Plans.
  • Organize activities with the various stakeholders to process and advance files in accordance with our service standards.
  • Act as a contact and follow up with clients and their experts as well as with our partners where appropriate.
  • Prepare and communicate statutory reports on behalf of clients.
  • Take part in various transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, especially digitizing processes and communications with clients.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of the client experience path (preparation of meeting agendas, reports on meetings, follow-up with clients) according to established policies, standards and procedures.

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant in the financial industry or completed Master’s degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience
  • Solid customer service experience
  • Knowledge of or experience in estate settlement,trust administration,Investment or in financial planning, an asset
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Solid organizational and priority management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
