As a technical support agent, you will be responsible for providing an unparalleled service to our client-partner’s customers and all related activities tasks.

 

HERE IS AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR WORK DAY

  • Answering inbound  calls from existing customers with courtesy and professionalism
  • Be responsive to adequately diagnose client needs
  • Offer innovative solutions to solve the technical difficulties
  • Suggest products that better meet their needs
