The store manager is responsible for overseeing, directing and managing all aspects of store operations in order to maximize sales and profit margins. The store manager is responsible for performing all the tasks necessary for the smooth operation of a store on a daily basis. Duties and Responsibilities • Manage staff and ensure CRAZY HALLOWEEN standards are respected • Responsible for the unfailing execution of company policies and procedures • Meet merchandising standards while using your creative mind to bring products to market with the goal of generating sales • Recruit, train and plan effective and efficient employees • Resolve conflicts in all areas of the store • Train and motivate staff to perform their tasks to the best of their ability • Direct and assist workers in carrying out their daily tasks • Follow up with employees to ensure that tasks are being executed correctly and in the expected time • Ensure that employees assist clients in ways that exceed customer expectations • Maintain a healthy and safe working environment • Opening and closing and seeing the swings of the boxes • Other tasks assigned
• Strong retail management experience is a requirement • A minimum of 2 years of retail sales • Knowledge and understanding of store financial and operating reports • Proven leadership capacity • A positive attitude and a pleasant disposition • Strong communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Must be thorough • Have the ability to perform multiple tasks in parallel • Have the ability to treat confidential information with integrity and professionalism • Excellent time management skills • Must be able to work according to a flexible schedule as required by the company
