WHAT IS THE ROLE?

• This is a service/sales oriented position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive/creative sales and service strategies.
• RSRs are the face of Cintas.Their goal is simple: take care of the customer and their needs.
• Manage an established route, servicing and selling a variety of products to an existing customer base.
• Physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the RSR delivers and picks up uniforms, mats, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items.
• Grow our existing customer base by up selling and cross-selling aliitional products and service solutions.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, and manage inventory while working professionally, safely, and complying with applicable Provincial motor vehicle regulations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

• A successful RSR is confident, outgoing and enjoys interacting with people.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position lifting up to 70lbs.
• ValidClass 5Driver’s License. High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated and driven to work in an environment that relies on both independent and team work to meet goals.
• Positive attitude, ambitious, organized and a strong desire to develop a long-term career with a market-leading organization
