Parts Clerk / Storekeeper
Bellucci Ltée, distributor of coffee machines for over 35 years, is looking for a parts clerk to join its team at its Montreal branch at the corner of Saint-Laurent and Jarry.
The position involves purchasing, receiving, selling, managing and distributing coffee machine parts to technicians. The person will be directly under the supervision of the director and the financial controller
Tasks
- Provide parts counter service for retail and wholesale customers (orders on website, by phone, by email, etc.).
- Provide parts to coffee machine repair technicians.
- Place orders for parts from our suppliers on their respective platforms (foreign and local).
- Receive parts.
- Ensure constant monitoring of parts quantities to avoid stock shortages.
- Constantly follow up on part code changes with our suppliers.
- Always loukout for price changes in order to inform your superior for necessary mesure to be taken.
- Constantly follow up on part code changes with our suppliers.
- Other related tasks.
Abilities:
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent team work
- Bilingual
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a parts clerk of all types
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of coffee machines – an asset
- Experience working with SAP software, an asset
