Operations Supervisor – Collections and Customer Service-Montreal

SUMMARY: As a result of delivering consistently strong performance, NCO will be receiving additional opportunities in our Montreal location Call Centre.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Motivate a team to do the daily target
  • Transfer collection skills to team through doubles and feedback daily
  • Work a queue comprised of inventory commensurate with collection experience
  • Model Company values and support Operations Manager to create a team environment that is reflective of these
  • Develop team to win client race/marketshare
  • Maintain the daily board and curve boards
  • Complete daily attendance forms and escalate problem behaviour to the Operations Manager
  • Responsible for issues arising in absence of Operations Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • 2 years Customer Service/ Supervisory experience required
  • 3-4 years Customer Service/Supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Must be flexible with scheduling
