Through advanced training in employee compensation and HR practices, the successful candidate will become a specialist in assisting callers with group benefit and retirement plan inquires.

Respond to inbound inquiries from plan members and third party representatives across CanadaProvide first level support, including password resetsComplete call summaries within the case management system, identifying areas for follow-up as requiredLiaise with client representatives, internal consultants and administrators, insurance and financial company representatives regarding escalated member inquiriesMonitor and resolve client escalations in a timely mannerAdhere to client service level agreementOther tasks or special projects as requiredSucceeding as a Client Care Representative will require the following core qualifications and skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsExceptional customer focus and strong professional acumenPost-secondary education or appropriate training and experienceExperience in a specialized call centre environment is an assetDemonstrated ability to be an active listenerKnowledge of group benefits (DB and DC pension or group insurance) is an assetAbility to work independently and within a team environmentExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignmentsA good understanding of programs, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPointProven ability to learn new software quicklyMust be flexible to take on different shifts that include days and evenings INDCHJob Grade: MS1 LifeWorks LifeWorks is a global leader in delivering technology-enabled solutions that help clients support the total wellbeing of their people and build organizational resiliency.
