Your Accountabilities with Us:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer contact, retention and sale verification services on superior insurance-related product offerings via telephone.  You will maximize the customer-experience while ensuring first-call resolution, service-level, and revenue objectives of our clients.  You will achieve this through your engaging telephone presence, and your superb negotiation ability while considering the insurance needs and best interest of each customer.  You will utilize proven and established customer-centered processes, which include; up-dating customer records, general policy administration, recognizing retention opportunities, cross-selling, up-selling, downselling, administering cancellations, and conducting sale verifications.


Your Experience and Qualifications Needed:


A current and valid Life License (LLQP) accreditation, or the Quebec equivalent (for our friends in “La Belle Province” who want to obtain their LLQP here in Ontario)

Stellar  (and we mean outstanding) oral & written communication skills, in either or both English and French

An ability to work 8 hour shifts as you are scheduled between 8 am and 11 pm Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend shifts.  Schedules are distributed to you on-line and soon to be available from anywhere with internet access at least 2-3 weeks in advance.  (We do value work-life balance and schedule flexibility a lot around here!)
