We’re building the next generation of large-scale e-commerce, social media and video content delivery platforms, and yes, it’s as much fun as it sounds!We are currently seeking a IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.The role of the IT Support Specialist is to provide technical support and user assistance for all computers.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues of moderate complexity across the organization.

This position might require availability during evenings and weekends, mainly during major project deployments.RESPONSIBILITIES:Setup and configure workstations for new members.Manage company assets hardware and software inventory.Manage support incidents & work orders.Assess future inventory needs for upcoming hardware/software licenses.Participate in the continuous service improvement.Provide off hours coverage for support as needed.WHAT YOU WILL BRING:College degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, a must.Minimum of 3+years’ experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting of various technology environments.Comprehensive understanding of multiple operating systems and basic IT security including VPN.Experience with information security practices and procedures.Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office, Office 365, Active Directory and SSO.Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, networking standards, tools and utilities.Experience with virtualization technologies and remote device management.Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure.Experienced in setting up new desktops Windows and MAC, along with diagnosing issues and making repairs.Very experienced using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and common desktop software.ITIL Certification is an asset.Excellent people and communication skills.WHAT WE OFFER:A dynamic and collaborative work environmentCompetitive vacation packagesCompetitive salaryComplimentary breakfast and lunchFlex hours and summer hoursAccess to onsite Video games, Foosball and Ping-Pong tablesRenowned corporate events
