inside sales representative

Aerotek - Mississauga

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted February 5, 2018.

  • Give excellent customer service internally, as well as externally
  • Manage a portfolio of clients by districtReach sales objectives for projects and regular day to day
  • Ensure clients are ordering on time, in full
  • Ensure clients are providing inventory, and order enough stock to reduce out of stock
  • Communicate to clients and the sales force to ensure service quality
  • Take care of missing orders (need to be called and capturedValidating orders (are retailers being compliant to their TT&C’s)
  • V3 manual orders
  • Credit order reductions
  • Receive Incoming callsProvide daily recaps
  • Reach targets & objectives (SAT & Order effectiveness)
  • Reporting using Excel
  • Up-selling
  • May be required to help take inbound calls for customer service (billing issues, tracking, assisting the trade, credit issues, etc.)

MUST HAVE:

  • Completed College Diploma (DEC)
  • Sales experience (can be up-selling, retail etc)
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Maturity
  • Good customer service skills

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Third language: Chinese; Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Competitive drive
  • SAP
  • Outlook
  • Excellent written skills (will allow them to take on added responsibility)
