While our exceptional design and engineering teams will continue to create award-winning products, a group will uncover new, non-product-oriented business opportunities, with a focus on customer experience. This group will be part of the newly created BRP-X Incubator: experiences that accentuate the ride. The incubator will be sheltered from the day-to-day business, to exclusively focus on defining, prototyping and piloting projects that will increase accessibility to our products, enhance the experience and drive new revenue streams.

We’re looking for an Innovation Specialist that can drive tangible results. The Innovation Specialist will take part in a variety of projects to fuel our focus on Experience & Access transformation. This is an opportunity to actively work with cross-functional business leaders to break the mold. To provide further context on the categories of work that could go through BRP-X, this could include, but not be limited to experiences, new entrants focus projects, alternative access and our newly launched adventure brand, Uncharted Society, related innovation projects. 

You will not be alone; you’ll be part of an exciting team and will work closely with multidisciplinary internal and external partners. Be prepared to get out of your comfort zone in a team far from the ordinary. This position requires drive, creative problem solving skills, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, strong collaborative skills and an ability to navigate and thrive in grey zones.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead innovation projects from ideation to pilot
• Create go to market strategies for pilot projects
• Manage marketing and social campaign for pilot projects
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in design thinking and design sprint services
• Fosters an environment of innovative thinking within the team and the organization
• Participate in change management and communication strategy
• Stay abreast of developments and trends in the innovation space

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communication or any related field
• A minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, project management or any related fields
• Ability to navigate in gray zones
• Highly developed problem solving skills
• Design Thinking mindset and practical processes knowledge is desirable
• Strong sense of collaboration with direct colleagues, stakeholders within BRP and Suppliers/ consultants
• Excellent understanding of business and customer experience challenges, and knowing how to prioritize and communicate them 
• Proven track record in agile working environments where a “fail often, fail fast” mentality is embraced
• Contagious positive passion: a change agent excited by creative ideas & ability to infectiously stoke the fires of those around you
